I just downloaded the new app. I had been using the old one without issues last night. This morning its not responding. I see a lot of conversation on the topic of non functioning app. Im attempting to open the new app. Its not functional either. Whats going on?

Issues with device control, loading locations, automations, and platform API's New incident: Investigating Some users in the Americas may be experiencing issues loading locations via the new and Classic SmartThings apps as well as the web interface. Some users may also experience issues or delays in controlling devices, creating automations, and device health status updates. We are investigating and will provide updates as they are available. Same here on the east coast. They have updated to calling it a major outage
