Problem solved see comments I'm having problems again with the smarthings app. I replaced my Iris Ct101 theromostats with honeywell rth6580wf. I registered them with the honeywell app and itvworks fine from this end. When i try to connect smartthings to the thermostat through the honeywell app i always get the message network error. What is wrong here ?

I got the CT's from amazon and I don't know I think they have some damage. I could connect them to ST but they were suppose to be in heat mode and they heatinv just blew cold air. There is something wrong with them. I connected everythung to the Honeywell and the heatpump works fine but it wont connect to ST arghhhh

Problem solved, I called Smartthings, a very nice helpful lady. I had to use the old app and add it as a Honeywell 9000 thermostat. Everything works perfectly now even in the new app
