Does anyone have experience or had issues with the Yale conexis L1 on a UK multi point door? I have refitted it numerous times and about 20% of the time when the handle is lifted the motor just keeps running and doesn't move the actuator in the locked position. You have to lift the handle again for it to work. I spoke to Yale and they say the actuator isn't fitted correctly and I have reseated it loads of times it moves freely, I've changed the internal bar lock for different lengths and notches nothing seems to resolve it. Not too familiar with the mechanics of the door, is it possible that there is something stopping the actuator from moving if the handle hasn't been fully lifted? I had the Yale keyfree connected lock in my old house and never had this problem. Shame they discontinued it. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks
