Very happy with mine but I also have the ultras. I feel like most issues (not all) have been with older systems.

@disincline my issues started as soon as I plugged my base into a WiFi extender. Missed notifications, missed motion detection and recordings, and constant base station offline. As soon as I plugged the base station direct into a router all issues disappeared. Another issue is that my wife gets notifications sometimes 5 minutes later than me. She’s on t-mobile, I’m on AT&T.

@redpencil don’t think so. I only have to charge mine maybe every 3-4 months. Mainly because the FRONT camera catches my wife and I leaving and returning every day to work. Also it’s a new subdivision so vendors and salesmen are always stopping by lol.

@redpencil it doesn’t currently. Not sure if it’ll ever. But they rolled out, and are fine tuning, the direct storage access so soon you won’t need to subscribe except for maybe smart notifications. Also, we got the 2 ultras and base station bundle that came with a free year subscription.
