What time do you guys eat? I’m on week 3. First week I lost 5lbs, had a little slip up that weekend and have been on track since losing and gaining the same 2-3lbs  Maybe I’m not eating at the right times? My schedule is so wonky, on nights I work I eat dinner around 4p because I work 5-9ish and don’t get a break till after 7. On other nights we have dinner at like 530-6ish. On nights I have Girl Scouts I have to pick up the kids at 340, and we meet from 5-630. So I either have my “big” meal really early or really late ‍♀️ I’m eating my veggies, I’m taking my vitamins, I’m drinking my water. I don’t know what’s going on but It’s discouraging to say the least.  
What time do you guys eat?

Stay on track. all things done according to sheet your average should still be 10lbs per week depending on how much weight you want to loose. Schedules can vary for me too with dinner so I will just eat a bar or one of your quick ‘packets’ on rush evenings and eat ‘dinner’ non packet meal last meal of the day. If it’s super rushed but not lunch time just eat your big non packet meal for lunch and packets the rest of the day. hope this helps. Non of these things will derail you but ‘mess ups’ if often will.
