Are you allowed to use Beyond Meat or Beyond Sausage on Phase 1? If you are, what is the allowable portion size, (cooked vs raw, and oz allowed)? Also, are there health benefits to eating Beyond Meat vs ground beef or turkey, or is it more of an environmental/ compassion thing? I'm specifically asking about Beyond Meat products which uses pea protein, not Impossible Burgers which use soy. Thanks for your input!
