Sometimes you can, but it's rare, and I'm positive Smart Blinds aren't going to be one of those rare instances. I've seen some pretty cool and reasonably cheap DIY smart blind solutions on youtube, but they're fully DIY and require a pretty wide skillset to implement. I'm also pretty sure they've all been tied into Homeassistant, not Smartthings.
