The only way i know is to use firefox and pin it.

I had to return my Echo Show because the functionality compared to Google home hub is too far behind

Yes but it times out. And goes to home screen, so it’s useless

Why would anyone use Action Tiles on an Echo Show? Because its next to the couch and the Action Tiles Table isn't. It is easy to bring it up when needed, then it times out after 5 minutes.
