Does someone make a Zwave button with an independent LED light? Adding onto a post from yesterday, my water circulation pump is now plugged into a Zooz Power Switch And works on a timer, And I also have a button set up to turn on the device in case it is not within one of those time periods. Because my wife does not have the app, and I I feel it will greatly confuse her to use it, it would be nice to have a button that would have a light that would be “on “when the hooked up device is also “on “ not just when the button is pressed. I know I can buy an LED light strip or something, but I don’t want to illuminate the bathroom when a small LED would suffice.

My idea. Get one of the inovelli wall switches to replace one in a common area. They have a status LED that can change based on status of other devices. Setup a double-tap routine to turn the water thing on. Then tell wife "if this light is red, tap up twice"

So basically single tap would turn on lights like normal. Double tap would turn on water pump. And the LED could change to show status of pump

@pisciculture40350 2nd that one, kind of. The Inovellis have a second button - I use that on several of them to turn on a switchable outlets in the same room. I just use a single tap though to trigger on and off through webCoRE. It’d be easy to turn the status light on and off there as well.

@studio thats right i forgot you can progran the additional button now. My only problem with that button is that i hit it accidentally sometimes when walking into the room. Been thinking of turning my Inovelli switches upside-down to avoid this

You can use smart/action tiles and create a single page for her. Then you can add that page to her phone using “add to home screen”

I don’t want her to need her phone. don’t get me started on how often she misplaces it

Can't you just have the pump run for a specified time when the button is pushed? Long enough to get hot water there. If she pushes it multiple times, no big deal and never left on too long.

Yes. And I can have the button turn it on when pressed once, but a button with a light would be nice
