Howdy y’all!  Question?Howdy y’all! Question? I use “Alexa, Good Night” to turn my bedroom tv and lights off and play my “rain” thru Alexa. It opens an Alexa skill “sleep sounds”. It asks me what do I want to play and I have to say “rain. ” 2 problems with this scenario. 1) I have to say rain. it’s another word and if my wife’s asleep I don’t want to annoy her anymore. (I just bought buttons that will allow me to do this silently. ) 2) The rain from “sleep sounds” plays for about an hour then turns off and goes silent for about 1-2 seconds and turns back on all night repeatedly. I have noticed it wakes me up on occasion. Is there anything y’all use that is similar and it automatically does rain without me having to say it PLUS is consistent until I turn it off in the am? Thanks

Find a good rain song. Add it to a playlist 100 times. Add a routine that plays the playlist.

See if there’s a cross fade option on the playlist.

@vinni Yup. Create a playlist from amazon music. Search for a long one. There are several that are hours long. Joe Baker has some ocean waves that I use.

@vinni google it. I use Sonos and it has the option like repeat, shuffle, crossfade. Don’t know on Echo speakers.

My wife uses "heavy rain" through Ambient Sounds and I believe it plays continuously all night, but you still have to tell it heavy rain.
