Usually a simple reboot will bring my zwave back. If that doesn't work I do a heal, and unplug and remove batteries for 20+ minutes and plug back in and let everything re-find its way to the hub. Those two things have always fixed it for me.

Is a heal the same thing as the Z-wave repair utility, through SAMSUNG IDE?

I am guessing the "heal, " is the procedure you outlined. Thanks. I will try it.

Heal is only for Zigbee. These are ZWave. The ZWave repair is what you want. If you already did that: Cut the power to the switch with the air gap. Wait a few minutes and pop it back on. Then run a repair again.

I know that from Home Assistant (HA) you can integrate it with SmartThings (ST) and control all your ST devices from there but is there a way to do the opposite.meaning that through some integration have ST control all HA capable only devices and include them on ST automations, scenes and routines?

I have a couple devices that are showing offline in the new app, but I can control them thru the classic app, they respond to Smart Lighting routines, I can control them from Alexa, but Alexa tells me the device is offline even though it controlled it, but they won’t respond to anything from webcore.
