Question

I’ve installed the device handler and deleted and reads the thermostat but I get nothing. Any ideas?

What is the device handler in the IDE for the device. Did you publish the custom device handler ?

The IDE is the interface you get when you go here.  login there and grab a screenshot of the device page for the thermo (top menu, My Devices > Scroll down to your thermostat and click on it)
