No, you are entitled to money back. Don’t let them tell you otherwise

You are legally entitled to a refund. I believe they are just pushing people into thinking these are their only options.

If you paid by credit card make a section 75 claim. Once they know that they usually offer a refund

They are trying to make people think this is their only option but keep telling them you want your money back

Go on martin money savers. There is a whole thing there that will lead you in to the right direction as to what to say to them to get your money back. Legally you’re well with in your rights to demand your money back. Good luck

Take the voucher. there's a global ban indefinatley could be waiting months for a refund if yer planning going away again. Ask how long the vouchers valid first. If indefinatley and don't need the money. next holiday almost paid for so have a cracker. We booked paid. Saved £2000 for Turkey in June. Not be happening but will save and see me niece n nephews another time. but save more and have extra special time. Can be a bit OTT.

Hi I had this same problem with my Vegas trip that I was meant to be going on this Thursday, I screen shotted this from WHICH and sent it to them in a email as they tried to give me a different date or travel voucher, after I sent this email they immediately started processing my refund, so please don’t say yes to the voucher, screen shot this and send it to them x

You are entitled to your money back. Look on money savers. They spell it out for you and what you do.
