Question

Has anyone had a refund from easyJet or are the just offering a reschedule or vouchers ? I’m not due to fly until may so I’m not panicking yet

Hi we were due to fly at the beginning of May. So far we have been offered flight changes with no admin fee. We would like a refund due to the nature of jobs and not knowing when if & when we will be able to travel within the next 6 months. We are now waiting for Easy Jet to cancel & refund of their own free will.

I'm not due to travel until July but I've had an email saying they are offering customers refunds if they want them & will contact customers close to their date of travel x

I’ve had a refund for my flight at the end of March, it was easy once I got through to them

Do you have to wait for them to contact you? My daughter has a flight booked for end of may but heard nothing yet.

We aren't due to fly until June so I don't know whether this is why we haven't heard, but they have only sent us an email saying we can change flights up to 28th Feb next year. We would rather have a refund though and rebook once all of this is over with.

I was due to fly to Barcelona two days ago. I got my refund via the app. It was really simple. No hassle at all and paid within a couple of days.

Go into ‘My Trips’ on the app. Click on the flight or itinerary and it should give you options from there. It’s disappeared off my app now as it’s all done.

I was due to fly out on 11th April. I had to wait on their Liverpool number for 3 1/2 hours but got a refund no problem.
