We had a holiday book for the 14 th March Never heard anything from them since a few days before holiday.

Murder to get hold of! Sign into your online account with them. Sometimes they send messages via that. Got part refund back for transfers/hotel this week and that was for a hen do for end of April. They booked our flights with Ryan Air and trying to hit us with a voucher for the flight aspect! No chance!
