All three are lovely but very expensive for eating out, drinks etc.

Have a look on a website called Opodo I've never used it myself but my dad uses it regularly. He is taking my mum to Venice next month through it  They're always off galavanting since he started using them

If you are on a tight budget may be better to look for alternatives Krakow maybe great value there and cheap flights. Venice gets very busy in the summer better to go spring or autumn. Rome also gets very hot in the summer.

I agree with @haga55 look for cheaper alternatives. Budapest is one of my favourites for a short break and very cheap. Cheaper still if you stay and eat just off the main tourist drag.

Ring Eurostar to get a package , Venice is extortionate - Paris is cheaper to get to snd chesp to get around and you could get French stick sandwiches for lunch and sit in the parks and be a tourist and find a nice little restaurant for tea - If you go in Tripadvisor snd search ‘cheap or reasonable priced restaurant you can find what you are looking for x grab a croissant and coffee for breakfast x

We done venice and rome stayed venice 2 nights(was just outside venice but bus right over to it in ten mins from outside hotel) then train to rome for 2 days again not center of rome outskirts but the metro is so cheap and frequent it's easy to do and very easy to work out and use, , we booked thro ViVa holidays and were around £500 but that was a few yrs ago we got the passes for attractions online so was cheaper than paying individual it's the Roma pass also got them for venice it can be done on a budget u just have to do a bit of looking around and use bus, trains for transfers instead of booking thro agent travel in Europe is much better than here we had decant hotels but as I said outskirts rather than centre do some digging if u really want to go it can be done.
