Please tell me how to get through a weekend without blowing my points. I get so carried away with cheating on the weekends that I don't even track points. I am great for 5 days.

Save your weeklies and cheat within reason :)

Figure out why the weekends are the hardest and try to come up with a plan. Are you eating because you're home and food is readily available or is it a social thing? Eating out of boredom? If you don't track your points it's too easy to sabatage yourself without realizing it

Weekends are typically less structured and the same situation for many. Knowing This, try to build up some extra fit points that help give More cushion and points if you need them. Good luck!

Plan ahead what to eat and then apply will power. Find a way to stay busy and find activities to participate in that do not include food.

Switch your weigh in to Friday so you can use your weeklies right after and spend the week "making" up for it before you weigh in again.
