I make a crockpot chicken soup with chicken breasts with skin. However the skin is removed and discarded when eating. Would you add points for this for blue plan?

I would because the fat is now a part of your soup

I would guess yes. The skin has a lot of fat and that went into the broth

Yes, even tho you don't track them, the skin has calories and bad fat.

That's why they recommend fat free broth!

If I did this for the extra flavor I would cook the night before, take the chicken out of the broth and refrigerate it overnight to allow the fat to solidify. Remove the solidified fat and there you have it—fat free broth.
