QUESTION: How can the recent post for banana & raspberry frozen dessert be 0 points, when if you add a banana to a smoothie or shake it increases the point value?

Because if you eat it with a spoon, it's zero points. If you drink it they post points because of the satisfaction level of drinking is not as great as eating it. But a lot of my group members don't take points for fruit even in a smoothie and do very well. It's our journey and we get to decide what's best for us. Good luck.

@granniah yes that is why. If it’s thick enough to eat with a spoon it’s 0 points. If yours blended to drink with a straw, the point count

Look at the point value of the smoothie harder to digest maybe . a stick around . possibly and its mixed WITH OTHER SUGARS

It not blending that adds points. It’s drinking
