Question, what color is the 20 lb charm?

How do you get one. From the meetings you go to or online. I want one and I need it and incentive to get one.

But then again I’ve got 5 pounds and 10 pound charms a few months back then I stopped going to weight watchers and I gained like 15 so now I’m back at weight watchers.

@armour oh thanks. I know that 20 minutes where I live if you attend one of those is called a workshop because that’s what they called it. But It’s the same thing they just call it different things

Which is stupid the more you loose the longer you have to stick with it. Keep pushing and usually weight loss speeds slow down. the motivation we got in the beginning would be nice to continue even if it was only every 10. People should talk to an expert about it. If enough do maybe theyll work on that. We pay enough money for it.
