On Green Fruit and non starchy vegetables are zero. On Blue fruits, vegetables, some non fat dairy, and lean protein are zero. On Purple they add whole/whole wheat grains to what you get on blue. The points you get daily are different per program. Joining and getting the full plan info is they best way to make a decision. There is a questionnaire that also helps you pick the best plan for you.

Blue has 200 zero pt foods so best to look it up, but it is basically as zero: turkey and chicken breast, tofu, lots of seafoods, all vegetables (except the starchy like potatoes or fatty like avocadoes), all fruit, non fat Greek yogurt.
