Built bars! They taste like a candy bar, absolutely no mineraly/vitaminish taste like the majority of other protein bars out there! They’ve played a huge role in my weight loss because I have a big sweet tooth! I eat one for breakfast since I’m a busy nurse and don’t like to eat a big meal first thing in the morning. If you like Coconut, the Coconut Almond is my absolute fav! Orange, Mint Brownie and Peanut Butter are great! All are 3 pts with the exception of peanut butter which is 4 pts. I would recommend a sample box so you can figure out which flavors are your fav before you purchase more! Couple important takeaways: 1. They are best in the fridge 2. Recommend sample box if you’ve never ordered before 3. You can have them for breakfast, a snack, dessert, whatever meets your needs! 4. Always free shipping 5. Code YUM10 at checkout will get you a discount.

If you like pumpkin or lemon, I make the filling of a pie for pumpkin and use 30 Almond Milk and Monk Fruit instead of sugar, I use less of Monk fruit that calls for sugar until it tastes good to us, for lemon I just use the Monk Fruit also and we just use them both like a pudding or custard, without preservatives and enjoy Zero Points.

I was missing Chocolate PB pie so much. Not anymore I make a chocolate mug cake in the microwave add 1 Tbsp. of chocolate chips (Lilly sugar free) to the mix. After cooking I add PB2 mixture on top, with a Tbsp. of cool whip (SF) & 1 Tbsp. of Hershey's Lite syrup. Now I have it kicked. Yum, yum, yum.

@lemur4ash a banana up, stir in 2 teaspoons of chocolate cocoa, and one packet of sweetener, and put on a piece of reynold's wrap, and smooth out flat, then put in the freezer for 1 hour! It is ZERO points, and is the perfect CHOCOLATE fix! You get to eat the WHOLE thing for zero points! A @lemur4UST try if you love chocolate!

Banana  ice cream. Freeze some organic banana’s, let them get really ripe first then freeze. Pre-Freeze: before freezing, cut in 2 or 3 inch’s width. Put those bananas in a zip lock baggy in freezer. When you get a sweet tooth, put a cup or more of frozen banana’s in your blender. I use about 1/3 cup more or less, of unsweetened chocolate almond milk with a table spoon of organic vanilla extract and press blend  afterwards I may add and palm gill of walnuts. It’s delish!

Along the same lines as the banana smoothie, you can blend frozen bananas (cut in chunks, freeze on a cookie sheet, then place in a ziplock) with two or three ice cubes, unsweetened almond milk, a spoon full of unsweetened coco, and (if needed) some type of sweetener such as stevia. It’s really good and fills you up for minimal points.
