Hi All, How does the WW app calculate fit points? I have only been on the plan for 2 weeks. I have have been syncing my Fitbit with the WW app. At the end of the day it gives me two results. Fitpoints from "walking" and fitpoints from Fitbit. Currently, my exercise of choice is power walks. Today, the WW app says I earned 11 Fitpoints for walking 44 minutes. Are all Fitpoints the same? Is it OK to use your Fit points?

I never name my excersize, mostly because I have a knee injury and only ever walk. it won’t double track but it might give you more points for more intense types of excersize. The chat feature is super helpful, I would ask them.

I feel like it is double tracking. I eliminated all the fitbit exercises and manually enter a power walk or Zumba, etc

It doesn't double track, it will deduct from step points if you do a workout

I do a 4 high intensity workouts a week and I earn a ton of fit points. I never eat them but I do occasionally eat a few weekly points
