If you something that’s not on the list and it looks good just SCAN AWAY! I’m usually there for at least 45 minutes. Stop and Scan! My personal favorites are the Cauliflower Stir Fry. It is only 1 point for 1 cup. Add a chicken breast and dinner is served. My other favorite Breaded Chicken Tenders only 1 point per ounce

@indwell I wish you success. I’m a LIFETIME Member since April 2019. Lost 61. One tip I can pass along is that I eat my biggest meal at lunch.

. and to the folks who are irritated because we've already had this conversation. it's as much a conversation starter for a new person as anything. Besides TJ's gets new stuff all the time. Always fun to talk about. If we're boring you, just scroll right past us. What's the big deal?

@oversold I agree! We recently got a Trader Joe’s in our town, so trying to follow this to know what to get

While I love TJs Cracked Wheat Sourdough bread (my downfall) I try to stick with their flourless Ezekiel Sesame sliced bread. It is yummy when it’s freshly toasted.

This is my favorite place . other than Costco. for great finds. My husband loves their coffee. We really like the frozen individual pizzas. about 4” across and 4 to a box. Add a salad and you have a meal. or at least we do. Just enough and I don’t worry about the points that day.

I love the sprouted rye bread! I love it toasted crispy. I also like the frozen veggie spirals. They are much nicer than I can do. Carrots and zucchini. I really don't buy much there.

When I get home from TJ, I sharpie marker the boxes, packaging with the point values. Sometimes makes it easier with the frozen items when I don't know what to eat and depends on points left! LOVE the mahi/mahi and salmon burgers!
