Buy a bunch of assorted vegetables and fill 2 cookie sheets with them cut up. Salt, Pepper and a little olive oil and roast for 20 mins or so at 350. Leave on the counter and nibble each time you go thru kitchen. Then pack them up and reach for them in the fridge. They are a life saver.
