What are some healthy meat options? I’m really bad at knowing what’s actually healthy and what isn’t. What sides do people typically eat besides veggies? I’m struggling with this.

I do a lot of turkey. Turkey kielbasa is sooo good

Also look beyond meat for protein. Beans are a great source as well!

All lean protein is healthy you need to make sure you measure it. depending on the plan you are on chicken breast, extra lean ground turkey, lean beef are all good options

Lean ground beef, and turkey. Chicken breast. Alfresco chicken sausages (many flavors to choose from) Pork loin.

@pervious do you find you still lose weight with pasta and potatoes in your diet? We often do veggies and then a pasta or potato side and I’m worried that even if I cut back portion sizes that it won’t change much. Pasta is my weakness.

I love my veggie sides and occasionally will roast a small potato or make low-cal mashed potatoes to go with the veggies.
