You can season them with anything you like, salt and pepper, there are a lot of recipes online, chili powder. Add a little bit of olive oil.

Not a huge fan. wanted to love them for a salty snack. Going to try a couple different seasoning options before I give up!

Olive oil and crushed garlic (the frozen cube type) plus a little salt and pepper - have done this in a very hot oven, but am inspired to now air fry!

I use sprays of Pam instead of oil. Garlic powder. Bake 15 minutes, then add garlic salt and bake another 10 minutes or so. They need to be very brown, but not burnt to get crunchy. I'm going to try some other spices, too.

I roast them with an anti-inflammatory blend of turmeric, black pepper, and ginger or with chili powder and salt. Delicious!
