I do digital only because i feel like i don't have time to go to the workshops (the closest one to me is a little over 30 mins away). But i think i do pretty good. I like this group and another WW group on here. I get advise, recipes, and encouragement when i need it. So it just depends on what you need.

I lost 40 lbs on digital but hit a plateau after 7 months. I started going to meetings and the extra accountability got the weight loss going.

Really depends on you and what holds you accountable. I’ve been on WW since February 2019 and have been successful this far with digital only. I also have really good social support system within family and friends.

Depends on you. Personally, if I did workshop, I wouldn’t go and then I would feel guilt for not going and the eat my feelings. Other people love the meetings and say it’s motivation. It’s up to you

I’ve done both but I find the workshops more beneficial. Accountability, new friends, exchange of ideas. Also if you’re struggling there is always someone there with the same problems.

I lost 91 pounds going to the meetings. You get many extra tips from the group, as well as recipes, and much inspiration from the group, also meeting very special friends that you have much in common with. That’s what got me to goal last month!

It really depends on you. I need the meetings for social and accountability reasons. My husband can’t easily attend meetings and has been equally successful.

There isn’t one plan that’s better. There are 3 plans so that you can pick which one suits you best. Foods you enjoy, number of zero points foods etc. You will take an evaluation which will help guide you to which plan suits you based on the answers you provide to the questions. I attend meetings and weekly weigh in. I need that accountability and I love the sense of community in my face to face group every week.

Whatever works best for you. Keep in mind, if you do digital, there comes a point when you have to join meetings within 5# of your goal, I believe, to reach lifetime status and get free membership. Call to confirm details.

The only way I've been able to lose a considerable amount of weight is through the workshop. I've done just the digital a few times and it was a waste of money for me. The actual workshops are kind of a joke and I don't get anything out of them but being held responsible and looking forward to weighing in to see how much I lost that week are motivating for me. I started Nov. 4th and I'm down 40 lbs so I'm pretty happy with that

Digital and workshop truly help me stay motivated! They will give you an evaluation and recommendation for you on plan when you sign up. This is my 2nd time around with WW. its so much easier and you learn so much going to meetings.
