What's the best up to date Weight Watchers cookbook for a fairly inexperienced cook? I need just a few ingredient recipes that are easy and tasty that can be used in a rotation. If it has the points listed that would be great too. I tried the one about chicken and the dining for two one (it's just me and my husband) but found them both overwhelming with too many ingredients or steps. I looked at my local Barnes and Nobles but nothing they had seemed quite right. Thoughts? I'm on blue, digital only.

If you attend meetings, there is a new WW Cook book. Best of Ww. Has lots of easy and popular recipes.

@foetid65 I don't go to meetings, just digital. Is it available to just buy?

@macao might check the website. Not sure. It’s fairly new. You are allowed to drop in to a meeting or studio near you to make purchases. They have amazing snacks, protein bars, etc.

Look up Emilybites. com and Skinnytaste. com. Both sites have lots of recipes and give you WW points for all three plans.

Check out Hungry Girl, she has website and great easy cookbooks with 6 ingredient recipes. She somehow is tied to WW, I THINK. She gives WW points for all recipes as well.

I own close to 50 cookbooks, but find usually only use a couple of recipes from each, so I made my own "cookbook" of favorite recipes. Bought a pretty binder, used sheet protectors, and printed out recipes I really liked.

Grill some chicken breasts cut into serving size and chill. Add to salads or veggies or chop and put into wraps. 3 chickens breast could easily be 3 lunches for 2 or 3 days. Just a suggestion until you find the cookbook that pleases you.

You can buy a all ready cooked rotisserie chicken and get 3 or 4 meals. Add a sweet potato or brown rice and broccoli or green beans. Good luck

I suggest blogs - my favorites are the skinnyish dish, Emily bites, my bizzy kitchen, drizzle me skinny, there are a lot of good ones and they make rather simple things!

I save the links if recipes I like here on FB. They are always handy. Then I make double batches and freeze leftovers.
