Does anyone have the recipe for chocolate cake and diet soda?

I made it tonight. One box of sugar free chocolate cake mix and one Diet Coke mixed together. Bake as cupcakes at 325 degrees for 17-19 minutes

@fistulous , I ate one plain and just did one with fat free cool whip and strawberries and it was delicious

@marchak I mix block of fat free cheese cheese and a container of cool whip. Makes a great frosting.

@importunate , I calculated the cupcakes as 2 as they were smaller than the size on the box that was 3. Whipped topping was 1 tbsp so 1. Or 3 points on green

Boxed cake mix and a can of diet soda. that’s it

Can. 12 ounces. If you have to buy the bottle, just measure out and drink the rest.  Cook according to the time on the box of cake.

@posthumous867 another thing is the sf chocolate cake mix and a can of sf cherry pie mix is really good too. Fyi. I've only found the pie mix at the Walmart in mkto.?

@scheer I found it at Hyvee in Owatonna. I didn’t have egg beaters so just used brownie mix and a can of diet de pepper and added some unsweetened applesauce for thickness. Turned out great

Diet Coke works well. Just mix dry cake mix and diet pop. No other ingredients.

Is simple really buy a cake mix read the directions on the side, use as much diet soda as it says water or milk bake as directed. At least that's how we did 25 or 30 years ago.

Yes. Fold 1 can diet pop into the dry mix till combined. Bake at 325 till toothpick comes out clean. Super light, moist and tender. Delicious.
