Power Up Peanut butter fudge tastes just like a nutter butter. I get them from Trader Joe’s. They are 7 points but fill you up and help my sweet tooth!

Just received my order of the MILK Chocolate Birthday Cake Bars. We have been waiting for a long time for a milk chocolate bar. Hubby really liked it but I didn't think it wad anything special. Better than the dark chocolate, though. Didn't particularly taste like a birthday cake, which is probably a good thing.

My doctor advised me to be taking premium and so far am down 25pounds. You should take atleast 80g a day. Goodluck
