Blue——get white meat chicken and turkey for 0 points; low points for lean pork and beef; 0 points for lean deli/lunch meats; low points for certain bacons  and sausages; low points on yogurt; cheese; etc. lots of protein options on Blue

Blue. Chicken breast, turkey breast (ground), and eggs are 0. I make my own sausage patties using 99% fat free ground turkey - 0 points. Points are not bad for other lean meats

Purple because I missed out on potatoes, rice, oatmeal, popcorn etc due to I never wanted to count points for theses things I just would not eat them.
