I rarely eat all my daily points. I just read that you need to eat all your points for good weight loss. Any thoughts?

You definitely want to eat your points. They are meant to make sure you’re getting a well rounded and healthy diet! Remember this is a lifestyle change, not a diet, so your choices need to be balanced! Make sure to get enough protein also! Good luck on your journey!

Click on the gift box on the bottom of the app, then days in healthy eating zone. You'll get a point range for dailies. Use that(my daily is 16, range 5-24)

I generally have 4 points left over every day. I’ve lost 27 pounds (goal was 25) since September

I try to get within 5-6 points of eating them all but nothing less.

I don’t eat all my points. If I want to lose weight, I’ve found I need to be around 13-16 points a day with some exercise.

I loose more when I eat 90% of my daily points.

I lose better when I mix things up. Sometimes I eat all dailies and some weeklies and occasionally eat less. I’ve even lost a couple of times going completely over all my dailies and weeklies.

You don’t NEED to eat all your points. You NEED to experiment with what works best for you. After experimenting, I found that eating all my dailies and half to all my weeklies I had better success. I was losing weight at a healthy pace AND I wasn’t feeling deprived.

Everyone is different, you have to see what works for you. I find my best losses are when I’ve eaten all my points, including my weeklies!

I’ve been told that too but found I do much better around 4points under my dailies. And I never lose if I eat my exercise or my weeklies

I have about 5 pounds to go. My coach told me I should not eat all my weeklies since I am having a hard time with the last few pounds.

I was eating all my daily points and not losing at all. I eat less than my daily, but still in the safe zone, upped my exercise and I’m going down slowly. My etabolism is that slow. Do what works for you, in a safe way.

If your ever short drink a small glass of milk. It takes a tiny amount to add up. Or something high in good fats like nuts and avocados

I don’t lose if I eat all my daily points all week or any of my weekly or activity points.
