Are there any good peanut butters out there that are lower in points than others? I love peanut butter on toast in the mornings, but don't want to give up so many points so early in the day!

Have you tried peanut butter powder

I have not. I'm going to look for that!

@essonite I got mine at Costco.

@deafening861 they aren’t bad but they are different from regular PB. Some people add a bit of salt for that extra flavor

@essonite Pb2, comes in cocoa peanut butter too. I had the cocoa peanut butter on a banana this morning yummy

PB 2 comes in regular and chocolate. It is a powder and you can mix with water or milk. It is good and half or less the fat.

Try American Butters. One must order them (I’m fairly sure they aren’t in stores) but they are delish!

I use the real thing, but keep it to one tablespoon max (for three points). It goes a long way.

Whipped is the only “real” one. I use less of the real stuff - just a light spread instead of a thick coat. Still get the flavor

PBFit! Powdered peanut butter that you mix with water and make it to the consistency you like for toast, apples etc.

I make my own. Throw shelled peanuts in the food processor. You control the salt. I add vanilla sometimes. Sometimes chili pepper

@risner86383 skippy is 6 points per ounce. Homemade is 5 points per ounce. You arent going to do better than that unless you use PB2

All American butter is high protein low carb. Worth the points (4 or 5ish depending on flavor) as it will fill you up. I’ve been eating it for months and losing when I was at a plateau.
