What are your favorite low point sides? I do fine with proteins and veggies. But I am clueless when it comes to sides. Thanks!

Usually a veggie like broccoli, cauliflower, corn or green beans, I even include a fruit with some fat free cottage cheese at times . Veggie straws are even a great side for that chip replacement for sides

I take two slices of turkey bacon and fry till crisp. take out of pan cut up. Put back in pan. Add 1 tbsp of Swerve brown sugar substitute to coat bacon. open one or two cans of green beans drained. Add to pan. Add 1/8 tsp of Red pepper flakes! You will have none left!
