They hit it with a butter brush, just ask for them Dry. Meaning no butter or seasoning. INGREDIENTS: Broccoli, Whipped Butter, Seasoning this is from their website.

Worked there for ten years. they are prepped in the morning and nearly impossible to ask for them “dry. ” They come already seasoned with garlic butter
