I will be going for first time in the morning. What seems to be the best plan to Lose weight fast. How did y’all decide which plan you went on?

The app assigns the colour plans once u answer the start up questions ! I got purple

@sensitive , if you've downloaded the WW app, you should be able to take the quiz and it'll tell you. P. S. - if you don't like the plan that you have, stick with it for a couple weeks before changing.

@sensitive , yes, you'd have to join. I believe even if you do meetings, you'll still need to download the app. I've only ever done online.

You see this question a lot, and the quick answer is none of them. This isn’t a crash diet. The plan you choose is based on what is best for your lifestyle, none are better than the others for losing weight. You didn’t gain it all in a month, your not going to lose it all in a month either. Answer the questions, choose your plan, be accountable to yourself, track your points, maybe exercise more, and it will work. It won’t be instant, but your weight loss will be as consistent as you are following the principles of the program. Good luck, it’s hard work but everything worthwhile is.

@east4, Very good advice! This is not a quick weight loss program. It is a lifetime of commitment to eating better, healthier foods and maintaining a lower body weight. My husband and I have been with WW over 2 years. Lost a total of 200 lbs combined. We NEVER plan on going back to our old way of eating. We do still go to weekly meetings. We need them. Kind of like AA.

I know you are ready for it, but be kind to yourself. You didn't gain the weight quick so you won't lose quick. That's good though, because once you take it off it should stay off. Good luck!

When you download the WW app, there is a questionnaire that will help you determine the color plan that is best for you.

@sensitive Also if one plan doesn’t work well for you after 2 weeks you can try one of the other plans.
