I saw in another post that the key chain was in the rewards on the WW site. Not sure if it's still there or not

I am in Canada and do online. The other day I just messaged a Ww coach and i was told online only does not get the charms :( i was really disappointed. why does it have to be different than other countries ?

@selfmastery and you are online and in Canada? I have heard of other ppl in the same boat, and when i asked the online coach, the response was "I haven't heard of that" and basically dismissed me

I’ve just had an online chat and if your digital you get a digital milestone badge under your graph not an actual charm. Not sure if this is new or because I’m uk?
