Join online. I do online and meetings both, cost more per month but I need the accountability of meetings. Three plans to choose from, take the assessment online it will tell you which one will work best for you.

I like in person better. I like the tips and teachings. I like having accountability by having to weigh in.

Join at the website. Meetings are better at first if you’re new. After you are a member for awhile you can decide for yourself which is for you. Congratulations! It’s a great program.

I did the meetings for years. They are good but I got bored . Now I do online and so far so good.
