Yes, Monk sugar! You can find it with all the sugar substitutes! I used it in corn meal muffins. So good!

Yes. But I would try several different sugar replacements because everyone's taste buds are different. I love Splenda and have no after taste but I've met several people that can't eat it due to an after taste.
