It's hard to tell from the picture. It's Maple Grove Farms low calorie sugar free maple flavor syrup.

I think it depends on the brand but skinny girl and the common one from the grocery store are 0

I think some do and some don't. I don't do fake sugar so the one I buy has less points than regular but it does have points.

Walden Farms is zero points and pretty tasty. Cary’s sugar free is 1 point for a quarter of a cup.

The one I use from Walmart is 1 point for 1/4 cup. That doesn’t sound like a lot of syrup, but if you dip it instead of pour it over the top, it goes further.
