Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, Peanut Butter & Co. Peanut Powder mixed with water and apple slices, Blueberries, Grapes, Bananas, Oranges, Pink Grapefruit, WW lemon bars, peanut butter pie bars, or WW oatmeal (I know it's weird, but I love oatmeal).

A lot of zero points. I like salty and sweet so I go towards that. Here’s an idea. A five point bag. The bag would consist of things that are worth five points. It could be a string cheese which is one point, some almonds or pistachios that would be either one or two points, whatever but it would equal five. They should be nutritious but you would be snacking.

If I want a snack and fresh fruit or veggies don’t sound good I know it’s just a craving and ignore it. If the fruit or veggies sound good then I eat them. I always carry an apple and dried fig in my purse so I don’t have to make a bad decision

I find I need to buy individual bags -veggie straws , skinny pop popcorn, fiber one protein bars so that I don’t eat more than 1 serving each salty are 4 and the protein bars Are 2
