Any tips for someone struggling with hypoglycemia? Everytime I stick to the plan for 2-3days, my sugar drops dangerously low!

Eat your points and have fruit for your snacks. I have healthy breakfast then a fruit snack about 2-3hours later, then a healthy lunch followed by a fruit snack about 2-3 hours later. Then a healthy dinner followed by Edys no sugar added ice cream. Comes in a lot of flavors so no boredom. But I like the vanilla and mix in spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom. Like it so much I track it first and work the rest of my day around it. I am diabetic, for the lows that happen for no reason I have 2 utz's sourdough nuggets and it brings me right back up. But you need to be able to stop at 2 because they are delicious. They are my night time low snack. If you are getting lows after a work out move your fruit snack, if you can, to after your work out

Eat your points and team them with 0 point food, there’s no reason you should be hungry or experience low sugar episodes. Incorporate lean proteins in all meals.

Try saving a couple of points from each meal and then use them for protein snacks. For example, a hard boiled egg, a cheese string, a slice of lean deli meat. I also make a big pot of low point soup rack weekend and find a cup of that helps between meals as it has the bonus of filling the tummy. It is not easy to get of the hypoglycemic bungee cord, but it is so worth it. Good luck
