I think Greek yogurt is awful no matter how you try to disguise it. Not an option. Lol Same with PB2. yuk. I know there are plenty who feel the same, so what are your go to spreads/dips? Or do you just use smaller amounts of the real thing?

Since this is a way of life just track what you use. Hint. mix a little milk with creamy dressing to make it go a little farther. You can use less but cover more

Yes., I will never use PB two or any substitute. Eat peanut butter almost every morning. I eat the real thing but less of it. I have lost 35 pounds. Weight watchers is a lifestyle, it is not a diet. Why substitute the things we love?

I agree, it’s not good, but Chobani Greek yogurt with fruit is good and only 4 points. I do add a truvia packet to it though. I’m still working on trying to like the plain Greek yogurt

I have that issue with salad dressing. I use my full flavored/fat Hidden Valley Ranch. I count it all. I would rather use the points and really enjoy what I am having.

Skinny girl and Walden Farms for good no point dressings. Hate Greek yogurt. I use some low fat regular instead but bake with Greek since can’t tell

I often wondered why people try to disguise something they don't like. If you don't like something, don't eat it. I usually use the real thing - but measured out and in moderation.

I have found if I eat in moderation my favorite I don’t overeat. I track the points and use them wisely. I have found just a taste is more than satisfying. I have increased my vegetable intake.

Greek yogurt is one of those foods that elicit a strong reaction. It amazes me. It's not medicine so if you don't like it, don't eat it. I like it and eat a container of zero fage nearly every day. Dip raw veggies or fruit sometimes.

@sauers so right. This is not supposed to be torture. Just wish i didnt like girl scout cookies. Lol

For a ranch dip, I use 2% cottage cheese with dry ranch dressing and then blend it with a stick blender (that’s the key- then it doesn’t resemble its cottage cheese look and texture). It’s really good and has protein. It does have points but if you’re eating it with veggies, it’s hard to eat more than 1/4 cup (1 point).

I have been on and off WW for close to 30 years. It finally clicked with me, that trying to force myself to eat things I don’t like in order to get fewer points is not sustainable. Thus now, I eat what I like in moderation, track my points, use my weeklies and Fit points if/as needed and it is working for me. I don’t eat plain Greek yogurt, PB2, artificial sweeteners, non-fat cheese. I just try my best to make smart choices with the foods I like.

I hate greek yogurt! I've been using fat free sour cream for dips. ranch packet or lipton onion soup mix.

Fage nonfat Greek yogurt is the best. It’s very thick. I sub it for sour cream & mayo (not on sandwiches) all the time The trick is you have to “season” it first. PB2 is only good as an “add-in”. I used primarily in oatmeal or protein shakes.

I’ve found that Greek yogurt is a taste I need to get used to. When I first eat it I don’t like it at all, but after a few days I don’t really notice it.

My store has their own brand of plain fat free regular yogurt and it is 0 points. I eat it with no sugar added diced fruit (from a cup) and some cinnamon. I haven't tried mixing to use as a dip etc, yet. I don't care for greek yogurt either.

I use jiff whips. I will use the plain Greek yogurt in recipes though. I like tostito cheese for dipping. 1 pt for 2 tbsp. Otherwise I use either fat free or light. mayo. cream cheese and sour cream.

I use light sour cream with package dry dips, either hidden valley or store brand dips, everyone in the family loves them and basically 0 points because of the quantity it makes.

In addition to the real thing. I have been enjoying dessert hummus. There is a ton of flavors. I have tried the Tribe brand PeaNOT (OK, not great) I do really like the sea salt caramel one.

Silken Tofu can replace greek yogurt in most recipes. I've made the 2 ingredient dough with it. I have to limit my dairy intake.

Greek yogurt depends on the brand. I cant stand chobani, I cant choke it down, but I can with the Kirkland brand of greek yogurt. Light laughing cow cheese works or the WW Cream cheese.

I make the powdered ranch mix with Kraft avocado  mayo, 1 point per 2 tablespoons with fat free milk 1 point for many tablespoons and let it set, so you follow the hidden valley or Aldi’s ranch packet instructions and you make a delicious recipe!

Don’t think of Greek yogurt as a “dessert” think of it as “sour cream”. it changes everything!

Adding honey to Greek yogurt makes it better— and sticking it out. I hated it at first and choked it down and I’m 6 weeks in and it’s not bad.

I use light Philadelphia garden vegetable cream cheese on my tortilla wraps when I make my breakfast burrito or a sandwich. I use light sour cream, either Publix brand or Daisy. And just count the points. Trying to gradually get into Fage 0% Greek yogurt. Tastes better than some other brands. And of course laughing cow wedges. But since I’ve started back on WW, I haven’t been snacking too much. Not liked I used to.

I've started eating more of what I love in moderation. I know I won't stick to this if I don't find a balance. I also skip things sometimes so I can have the good stuff later. The other day, I took a bite of my salad without realizing that I hadn't put dressing on it. To my surprise, it was good. I ate the whole thing without dressing and saved my points for something else.

The only one I actually like is Dannon Light and Fit Greek, but it has to be vanilla. I can eat it right out of the cup but I usually eat it with berries and/or slivered almonds.

My dietician told me to avoid Greek yogurt bc they actually take calcium out of it. She said to look for higher calcium content and not be so concerned with the sugar even. Not helpful re points but interesting to compare different types/brands
