Question

Has anyone done Shakeology and Beachbody in conjunction with WW before? I’m starting the workouts tomorrow but not sure how the shakes will fit with the Blue plan.

I do the beach body workouts. It’s $100 a year. I really like them since I can do it from home in my basement and there are 100’s of options. I would love to do the shakes but they’re SO expensive!

@dardani my boyfriend and I are so excited to start the workouts tomorrow. It’s been super cold so we have been lazy about going to the gym lately. They are expensive. My friend got me a good deal with the year of workouts and first month of shakes.
