Yes definitely plan ahead. Meal prep lunches if at all possible. Check out Skinnytaste. com, delicious meals that are WW friendly. She does a weekly meal plan. You can follow it exactly or pick certain meals. Point values are listed on her recipes too

I track after my meal has been prepared. If I wait I forget and leave things out.

No not over thinking. You got to get right mind set. I was doing great had hernia surgery n downhill. Gotta get over hernia pain get back on the ass - horses to high
