I use only the app/online and have lost 14 pounds since September 21st. Took October thru December off as my hubby had open heart surgery. Started back January 1st and was -1. 6 for last week. Monday is my weigh in day at home. Being committed to the plan and tracking everything (three weeks ago I had a -41 point week at the end of 7 days meaning I used all my dailies, weeklies AND 41 points more) but ANY loss is a good one. Make a true commitment and track everything even if you fall off the wagon like I did. The plan works if you work the plan. That’s how I get past the “OMG, I can’t do this’ll” frame of my mind.
