Question

So someone assured me Built Bars are not made in China and have ordered my first mixed box. I got coconut, mint brownie and salted caramel. what is everyones favorites? I guess it is a little late to ask but I would really like to know

@vernissage . I tried a mint bar last evening. I agree with you it wasn’t one of my favorites. . All the others are delicious.

I love the cherry, raspberry, orange and the coconut. I guess I like fruity ones. But not banana. too fake.

I don't eat them any more, but when i did. i loved the coconut( and i hate coconut stuff lol), vanilla, mint brownie, peanut butter (4pts), cherry, it seems my faves were the ones that were not fruit ones, other than cherry. banana reminded me of old fashion taffy taffy

I'm just not a fan of Built Bars, nor is my husband. I wanted to like them, as members of my WW group love them. I will have the chocolate mint bars and he likes the Salted caramel bars. I recently received the milk chocolate birthday cake bars but don't think that's what they taste like. He likes them and says they taste like banana. I think they taste like caramel.

Coconut Almond and peanut butter both 4 points but I find them rich so only eat 1/2 at a time. I find they taste best when you refrigerate them.

I love them all. I cut them up and freeze them. A full bar is rich not saying I couldn’t eat a whole bar but I like to just grab 2-3 pieces. Can’t wait for the new flavors. Wish they were cheaper

Am I missing something with this posts? Why did you start with "So someone assured me Built Bars are not made in China " You went on from there about your order and, what everyone else likes? How are the two connected? OR! Were you looking for a rise out of people because, you want everyone to know, you are ordering from China?

Irene @radiochemical sounds like a logical question to me. With coronavirus now in China, I personally would not order them if they were made in China either. I don’t think there was any hidden message in her post. They are made in the good old USA

I didn't see anything wrong with her post. There are a lot of products partially made in China and then finished in the USA. From her post I now know they are made in the USA which is a good thing.

Irene @radiochemical I was not looking for anything other than everyone's favorite Built Bar. I had been wanting to order them & in a previous post I asked if anyone knew where they were made because being older & hubby & I both having lung issues, I don't want to take a chance ordering from China right now.

For me, the mixed box buy was a mistake: I hated Banana so much I spat it out. Liked Peanut Butter Brownie and just got a box of Mint Brownie which tastes like a Thin Mint cookie. Didnt like too many of the other flavors because I'm not a dark chocolate lover. I'd only buy the two flavors mentioned at this time.

@macao I bought a mixed box of Coconut ( my favorite not low calorie ingredient in cakes, cookies, candies etc) mint & salted caramel. They let me choose 3. I was wondering everyones favorite in case I dont like these.
