Sugar free dark chocolate pudding, chocolate pizzele cookies, fiber one brownies, built bars (my personal favorite, they are candy bar replacements to me! ) you can order them on amazon, a little pricey but so so worth it.

Just change the way you eat them. Replace the sugar with Erythritol or other sweeteners. This will save you a lot of calories without sacrificing taste. Here is my favorite cheesecake recipe. I’m not sure if the points per piece.

I had that too. Eat more fish! At least twice a week. Even if you hate fish, you will love how it kicks those cravings. I tried Omega 3, and it helps, but not enough. For canned tuna, check the label for a claim "High in omega-3" as many brands have had their natural oil reduced during canning. Other oily fish varieties include small fish such as anchovies, sardines, herring and kippers as well as larger types like ocean tuna, Atlantic salmon, Spanish various mackerels, eel, trout, silver warehou, mullet, trevally, sand whiting and snapper.

Ooh that a tough one. My own solution: Got educated on the harmful effects of sugar and the amount of it in milk chocolate 2. Developed a taste for good quality dark cocoa rich 75-99% chocolate . Chili cinnamon my fav. 3. I like the WW choc treats. Cut them into small -slowdown- treats. The dark mint bars are good

Try a serving of dark chocolate chips with at least 60% pure cocao. Enjoy each chip slowly to get the full benefit. Also, I add cocao nibs and other add ins to my fat free yogurt. Good luck! There are health benefits to chocolate with at least a 60% cocao content.
