This is a lifestyle change with lots of aspects to it. Give yourself time to learn the jargon and the ropes. Track; drink the water; don't let yourself get too hungry; include healthy fat in your daily diet. Good luck.

Know that yes it’s a life style change but you can eat what you want you have to just be accountable for it. And remember to track. track. track! That’s very important. Anything that goes in your mouth goes on the tracker. I even do 0 points foods just so I can look back and see what I ate. Good luck and you will do great

Meetings Meetings Meetings! In addition to what the others are saying meetings are everything. I've been a life time member for 20 years and when I don't go to meetings I stop being accountable. Then I wind up with a weight gain. The support from the meetings really helps. There are many sites you can go on to help you with great recipes. Good luck! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Patience is the key. WW guidelines are a loss of one half to two lbs per week. You may lose a bit more in the beginning depending on how much you need to lose and water weight. Plus, track track track everything you eat.

Be honest with yourself and track everything. even if you mess up! When you do slip, don't dwell on it and move past it! Been on the Blue plan since Sept 1, and I'm down 65lbs!

Track everything even zero point foods. Measure and pay attention to serving sizes. Try to fill up on zero point foods.

Track everything and don’t beat yourself up for small setbacks. Get your mind into a space where you are not on a diet, just changing the way you eat

Be prepared! Pick out a weeks worth of recipes you want to try so when you go shopping you have exactly what you need. Set aside an extra hour for shopping so you can scan everything your not sure about (once you know your go to products it’s much easier) also find a snack low in points you can have on hand. I recommend one salty, one sweet keeps you from straying off the plan. Keep plenty of zero point foods on hand as fillers. Best of luck on your journey!

Take before pics. One of your face and a couple of full body shots. at least one from the front and one from the side. When your scale doesn’t budge, seeing your process helps
